This is a chibi commission for ReachOutAndRise on Twitter!

I got asked to draw a character according to a description, which sounded interesting and I had to agree!
I am very pleased with the result in the end and I had quite the fun shading this too ahaha.
Hopefully, my chibis are still fine, I haven't drawn those in forever o)-
